This is by far one of the best and honest companies around! We had a huge leak in our front yard suddenly that was caused by a main line water break on our side. It was very unexpected. I called around and spoke with different companies and Garrett Mechanical was the only one that took the time to help me receive the best option to resolve the issue effectively and long-term. They were able to put us on the schedule within a couple days. James was our service tech from start to finish. If I could give him 10 stars then I would! He explained everything to us and the job was done within a few hours. Once it was complete we were very satisfied with the final product. Everything was professionally done and no mess left behind. I highly recommend this company and also asking for James if he is available for the job.

Our in-laws lost their heat during the cold snap on Christmas Eve. One call to Garrett Mechanical and a technician was on-site ASAP!! He had their heat working in a few hours! Other companies could not come out for days, but these guys made customer service a priority! We highly recommend their services for any needs!!!

Our pipes started backing up into our house late on a Sunday night, which was an absolute nightmare. I was able to get in touch with Davey and he couldn’t have been more helpful! Garrett Mechanical is EXCELLENT!! We had a big issue with the sewer pipe clogged with dirt during construction. They came out immediately after hours and jetted the pipe and completely cleared it out, which saved us thousands of dollars in potential damage inside our office. VERY happy with their response time, service, price and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
